Concordance Translation will begin operations as Scriptis effective June 1, 2022
Concordance Translation, a translation agency with expertise in automotive translations, is delighted to announce today that the company is completing the merger of its business activities with those of Scriptis Translations Inc. Scriptis is a multifaceted translation services agency based in Laval, Québec. As of June 1st, 2022, Concordance will continue operating under the name Scriptis. The merger enables Concordance to offer its extensive experience in automotive translations on a much larger scale. Current and prospective clients will benefit from:
- proven, certified large-scale processes and systems (ISO 17100, CAN/CGSB-131.10), including fast, seamless communication through a secure client portal;
- greatly increased translation capacity in order to fully respond to client needs without compromising quality;
- multilingual translation services, one of Scriptis’ s distinguishing service offerings;
- extended geographic reach through Scriptis’s offices in Canada and the United States.
- additional language services including foreign-language voiceovers and subtitles, and technical support for the translation of websites, software, mobile apps, and e-learning modules.
The Concordance team has already transitioned to Scriptis and become the cornerstone of a new team dedicated to translation for the automotive and chemical industries. Sonia Leblanc, President of Concordance, has joined Scriptis as Lead Editor for the automotive translation team.
This transaction expands the scope of services offered by Concordance. It also positions Scriptis as a vital service provider in the automotive industry.
